”Very clean home, hot tub was the cleanest one we have ever encountered, host was very informative, prompt, and easily reachable. The little touches (s'mores basket and toiletry basket in master bath) were a super sweet gesture. Plenty of blankets and towels. AC was great. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. This was perfect for my husband and I to get away and unplug from adulting. We plan to stay again on the future!”

”The host never provided a key and then ghosted me. They responded to my first message by repeating where the key "should be". I told them the key was not where it should be or anywhere else... the host ignored my messages for help after that. Since it was unlocked and there were no other available stays in the area, I stayed but had to take my belongings with me every time I left since the cabin could not be secured.I suspect there was no one actually on site to care for anything even though the...

”My wife and I traveled 600 miles to spend my birthday watching the summer solstice at Serpent Mound however we never saw the sunset over the mound, as we spent most of our time looking for other accommodations. There is a significant disconnect between the advert and reality. We were prepared for a shared shower, but not a full shared bathroom (toilet/sink) situation—the bathroom facilities looked like a truck stop gas station shower stall. The main advert also understated the drive time to...
