”The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but the ac in our room gave off a slight smell of mold. The ac was set at 78 and it was raining in Houston, so one can expect the room to be initially damp. However, all through the night I was coughing. At a minimum, the ac needs to be cleaned and the filter exchanged.”

”The property was nice but the people above me were stumping the entire night and when I tried to call down to the front desk no one ever answered was around 3:00, something in the morning and went on for about an hour. They also had a baby that was screaming at the top of their lungs.”

”The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door.”

”I booked a one bedroom with double beds and got a one bedroom with a king size bed with no way to get another room because they were sold out for the holiday weekend. I had my elderly mother with me to visit her terminally ill sister. I am disabled and had to sleep on a stained sofa! This is NOT the Homewood of ten+ years ago! So disappointed!!”

”The hotel was in a convenient location. Parking wasn't bad and we were in walking distance to restaurants and gas stations. The hotel had that fresh new hotel scent (iykyk). The receptionist were very nice and helpful.
My room refrigerator did not work. I called to the front desk hours before the maintenance guy came to fix the refrigerator.There was no point to come in my room to fix the refrigerator when we were leaving in the morning. The a/c unit is old, not on the wall it's underneath the...
