”Didn’t get the room I booked, blinds would leave a 2” gap so in order to get the room dark I had to stuff a towel at the bottom of the window. I travel a lot and while this hotel was new and clean and looked good the room wasn’t worth it based on the issues I had. Plenty of other options at that end of the city.”

”The hotel was clean and organized. Excellent breakfast compared to other hotels. The bed was very comfortable and we were impressed by the extra products given such as makeup removing wipes and mouthwash.”

”We did not have breakfast. Our room was great! A bit noisy in the hallway - kids running, but it didn’t last long. ”

”The room was good for a one night stay. No thermostat to adjust the temp in the room. No open windows available and the shower had a loud squeal when using it. Otherwise nice place and close to many places to eat.”

”Third visit. Very good layout… the rooms are great and the bed is dreamy. The bar is unique and as good as it gets and the breakfast is great with made to order items and fantastic service. The value and luxury/$ ius off the map. I will be back on my next trip! Location is great for all things downtown and riverside. My favorite hotel stay.”

”The hotel was fairly clean but is starting to feel a bit dated. I always forget the lighting in the bathroom is not very good and it is quite loud. Convenient location though and comfortable bed.”

”The property and rooms were all well maintained and very clean. Staff were extremely professional and helpful right from check in to check out. I would highly recommend anyone stay there that are looking for a great hotel at a great price.”

”The under ground parking is a bonus. We used the pool, restaurant and room was clean.”

”Only drawback was the parking lot being a bit awkwardly situated. But thats not always in the hotels control so they've done the best with what they have. But in peak winter I wouldn't want to be walking back and forth from the parkade. Great room. Great TV. Nespresso machine in the room. Also the towel hooks blend in with the bathroom wall color. Took me way too long to find but that's also probably a me thing. No real complaints at all though. Really enjoyed our stay!”

”Affordable hotel. Buffet breakfast was the best!”

”Bed was comfortable, room was large and clean. Had free parking but was very limited. The one downside was how loud the bar and the street foot traffic noise was well past 2am. Not a huge issue but a lot of the university crowd seems to gather there on Friday nights.”
