I made my initial reservation with a debit card on Hotels.com, and when I arrived at the hotel, they said they couldn't run debit cards. I've never had an issue like this before. I reviewed the policy given when booking, and it states, "This property accepts credit cards. Cash is not accepted." So here is your warning that although debit cards are not mentioned, they are listed as cash.
Thankfully, I had a credit card to use, but if someone is traveling...

”It was a lovely placevwith great local bennifits! Would have lived to have stayed longer but i couldn't "afford" to due to these deposits and suspended fees! I'm still waiting on returns for any of these phantom fees for stays from last month at other hotels! My accounts just kick it back to the seller and only offer for me to cancel the transaction, giving the money over to the hotel!? This assumed risk as aburden to people traveling on a budget is frankly insulting! A restaurant doesn't...

”I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!”
