He also tried to say our room requested had been over booked after we had already called earlier in the day to let them know we were coming in late. We were finally able to get checked in after 20+ minutes [and yes, we were the only ones checking in].”

”The room was filthy! The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the shower head was rusty the vent for the bathroom was filthy and rusty. There were stains in the bathtub. The furniture was old, stained badly and had burn marks from cigarettes. The air conditioner had an old cigarette butt inside of it, which I'm sure contributed to the smell. The pool was empty, I'm assuming it was getting repaired, but I had no notice prior to my arrival that it was closed. I stayed as I didn't want to find another...
