”Dylan was great at communicating with me leading up to my stay. Cabin just down the road from Meadows of Dan . Have great coffee shop and places to eat. Just down the road from Mabry Mill . Close to the parkway. A definite place to put on a re-do next time in the area. Loved the ambiance . Cozy and loved the porch!.”

”Very clean home. Well appointed with lots of amenities…great towels! Lovely views without being too far up in the mountains and a long drive. Peaceful area with many deer and other wildlife wandering nearby. Excellent communications from Pat from booking up to and throughout our visit. Easy access and secure home. ”A wonderful, pet friendly property just a few minutes from the town center of Floyd. New construction, furniture and appliances. The complimentary coffee (K-cups), half and half and laundry detergent were much appreciated! And the property manager Pat was great to work with when I needed to change properties to bring a foster dog my wife brought home from APS two weeks before the trip! Highly recommend if you’re traveling to Floyd!”

”The property itself was exceptionally nice. It was new (looking at least), well appointed and conveniently located. The coffee and milk in the fridge were very nice touches. The front porch is the best feature, nice view, very relaxing and a nice place to relax after the day.I felt the photos oversold the privacy aspects a bit. The back deck is in a direct line of view to the adjacent home. The front porch is sheltered from that and even though the view is across the street, a nice view clearing...

”View is exceptional. Nice windows inside to see the Blue Ridge Mountains. Saw a doe and her baby. Also saw turkey! Many amenities of home. Host was quick to reply to messages. Downside, there was an odor when we entered, but we like open windows the best anyway! With the winds open, fresh air was flowing. I’m just sensitive to odors, you may not be. Overall—- it was a very relaxing time for us as we celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary overlooking the mountains!”
