”The fridge in the room was noisy. There was no complimentary tea or hair conditioner in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking in terms of what I'd expect. No variety of bagels just plain, no oatmeal or fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs available. The cereal dispenser was empty. Delivery service for take out had only one option, Italian food. We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ...

”This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again. She made me feel very uncomfortable there.”

”The breakfast menu threw us for a loop. It was choice items from Starbucks. It wasn’t bad. Bathroom shower was awful it was slated and you could barely stand in it. It was like standing on a triangle. I have stayed at 3 star motels cheaper and better. Wasn’t worth the price to us”

”First of all the picture of the facility is NOTHING like the check-in area or any other place in the building. I was disappointed with the accommodations...they were marginally adequate. The desk staff was helpful and courteous which was a big plus.”
