”This is our 5th stay at this location. The room was clean at check in-great. On our last day the towels and trash were taken care of but the bed was not made. The set up of the room bed-tv-chairs and table was not user friendly.
If you wanted to watch TV in bed you would have to turn the tv towards the bed to get the proper viewing angle. The table and chairs were too close to the bed!

”Staff was very friendly, room itself was clean the only downfall was that it smelt so strongly of cigarettes in the room which was supposedly non smoking it made the stay uncomfortable thankfully it was only for the night but we would not return. Parking was plentiful and it was located closely to lots of dining options as well which was nice.”

”We stayed for 9 nights at this property in the center of Franklin; it is brand new and was very clean. It is within one block of four great restaurants. A store that rents bikes for many of the area trails (we rode 5 miles along the Allegheny River on a paved trail to Belmar Bridge) is just over a block away. A store with great olive oil/balsamic vinegar options is across the street and also sells authentic gelato. There is a brewery about 1/2 block away. We also traveled to Conneaut Lake (just...

”The apartment was clean and well set up. We noticed that thought went on to the decor, and there were places they could have just put up paint but did a little extra. I take that as a sign of care. We were very comfortable and received timely communication. What probably carries the most weight for those reading this review is I already suggested it to someone else I know.”
