» Quiet hours between 11 PM - 7 AM.

» Service animals are allowed for an additional fee and must be house-trained.

» Please do not bring your dog(s) if they are noisy, destructive or will be left alone. Our vacation home is located in a quiet residential area and excessive barking will not be tolerated.

» Please clean up after your dog(s). We have provided poop bags in the top drawer in the kitchen, closest to the patio door.
Dogs are the only pets allowed.

» Parties and events are prohibited.

» Smoking/vaping is prohibited in the house and garage.

» Commercial photography is not allowed.

» Our lawn maintenance/snow removal company may come by during your stay. Please allow them to do their job. They should be quick.

» Before checking out, please leave the house as tidy as when you arrived.
