”The property was everything promised and more! The owners went out of their way to make it a pleasant stay with all the personal touches found around the cottage. It was a truly enjoyable time! ”

”Check in was so smooth and easy, and the property manager is very friendly and helpful! The cottage is laid out perfectly with everything you need and is very close to the beach. We loved the outdoor space set up with firepit, seating areas, and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Very happy with our stay! ”

”A lovely cottage, short walk to the Beach. The screened in porch is an amazing room to have, it was used a lot during our stay. Nice quiet area. AC was also a welcomed option when needed. The owners were great to work with. Thanks T & D for some great memories.”

”The cottage was extremely well equipped and super clean. We found the kitchen well stocked with all the basics, bathroom with lots of towels, and everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful, snuggled in a quiet area, while Southampton is only a 10 min drive away.”

”The place was well equipped, had everything we needed. Our grandson loved trying to catch frogs, our dog lived in the water. Beautiful area for anyone with dogs.”

”We recently stayed at this outstanding cottage with our multigenerational family of 10, ranging from age 3 to 80 - and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property is truly idyllic, offering every high-tech convenience you could imagine along with many thoughtful touches like the great coffee table books and the s’mores kit left for us by the owners.We all loved the pool (especially great for young kids), the hot tub, sauna, and evenings by the outdoor fire watching the beautiful sunsets....

”We spent 2 nights at this lovely house for a family gathering celebrating a birthday. There were 11 in total and we did not feel crowded at any time. The pool and lower recreation room are perfect to keep the kids happy and entertained without them being on their electronic devices. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a few pillows on the couch and some more comfortable outside chairs. Maybe a gate at the top of the outside stairs to keep the dogs from leaving...

”We had a great time staying here. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The game room is fun and clean and the few minor issues we reported were rectified quickly by very friendly people. Pro tip: there is a nice little store only a 5 minute walk away that has a great selection of items that is very reasonably priced. We had more ice cream than we should have but we were on vacation so it doesnt count. We will return to this beautiful little cottage. ”

”Excellent cottage! Close to beach and Main Street. You can park for your entire stay and walk to everything. Very clean and welcoming, very good campfire pit. The host is very communicative and attentive. Highly recommend. ”
