The hotel itself was OK, nothing special. The walls were thin and you could hear everything from the hallway and the other rooms. The breakfast was quite small and the pool was empty. When booking the hotel it stated that the rooms are to be paid when arriving. 2 days before our arrival the hotel tried to charge all of the rooms but was only able to charge 2 out of 4. I then got messages where they threatened to cancel the rooms in case I don't pay instantly. I tried calling the hotel several times but the customer service was very arrogant and not helping and they kept asking for my credit card details through phone. I spent an hour calling hotels.com that reached the hotel and they still demanded my card details through phone, saying that if the stay is over 1 night they need to charge before arrival, which was not stated anywhere. I can definitely not recommend after this service.
