”The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have several staff that are able to speak some english so that was a great help because my japanese is limited. My family had a comfortable stay and had a great time at the onsen! ”
”They gave me a late checkout (2 hours extension) for no additional charge. Staff tried to talk in English with me, and was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing also, and very cheap! The room is very spacious. Some things seem a bit old, and the red light in the bathroom did not work. But it was a nice stay, would probably do it again in the future!”

"The hotel is located nicely in the middle of a shopping area and not too far from 2 different subway lines. Only downside with the location is that a taxi cant really get right infront of the hotel but it's not a long walk (3 minutes) from the closest drop off location.
Checking in and out is easy and quick with the self service desks and there is staff to help if you require assistance.
Didnt have much interraction with the staff except for one at reception and the cleaning staff of the floor and all were very friendly.
Only downside (for me) was how hard the bed was but that's a preference thing.
With all that said unless the hotel prices itself out it will stay on my radar for when I come to Kyoto again (6 days is not enough!)."
"Great experience! The room was good sized and I loved the separate space in the entrance. Room was clean and had everything you need including charges and little macha set. Breakfast was really good and had a lot options and the public bath was nice. Hotel is not beside any big roads and not in the middle of everything so the area is quiet but still close to subway and bus lines. "
