The well-furnished studio apartment “Hof zum Stadl 2” is situated in a renovated 300-year old farm house in a rural area outside of Meckenbeuren. Here you can have wonderful relaxing holidays between blooming fruit trees, extensive hop fields, in the middle of lush green nature. The 48 m² apartment consists of a living area with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, one bathroom and an additional toilet. It can therefore accommodate 3 adults. A sofa bed for one person is in addition available. The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The apartment has a private open terrace, and the shared outdoor area boasts an extensive garden with a patio, where you can start the day with breakfast, relax on the sunbeds and spend the evenings with a glass of wine. Furthermore, there is a playground with a trampoline and a sandbox for children to romp around and a Finnish barbecue hut (Kota), which will provide you with memorable and cosy evenings around the grill. A supermarket is an 8-minute walk or 650 m away, and after a 5-minute drive (4.3 km) to Meckenbeuren, you will find shops, bakeries, a pharmacy as well as cafés and restaurants. The popular theme park “Ravensburger Spieleland” can be reached after a 10-minute walk (800 m) from the apartment. The centre of Friedrichshafen can be reached after an 18-minute drive (12 km) or 8 minutes by train from Meckenbeuren, while the closest beaches with clear blue water and scenic mountain views are a 20-minute drive (114 km) from the apartment. The pretty town of Ravensburg is located a 13-minute drive (9 km) north of the apartment. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 42-minute drive (33 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The area is also perfect for cycling tours around the lake, with many towns and fantastic sceneries along the way. Ravensburger Spieleland within walking distance.
