”The handicap bathroom was great. We'll thought out layout in the room. Great electric outlets. (We both have CPAP.) Nice chair for reading. Only problem I had was finding the light switches.😺 Highly recommend!”

”I was really disappointed with my stay. There was no microwave in the room, and both lamps on each side of the bed had no light bulbs. When I asked for bulbs, they didn’t believe me at first. They only gave me one bulb and acted like they didn’t want to even do that. The next day I had to remind them again just to get the second bulb. On top of that, the laundry area was out of order, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the experience felt unprepared and not well-maintained.”

”I always stay at this hotel when traveling to Winston-Salem. The location couldn’t be better with Hanes mall across the street as well as many many restaurants and more stores down Hanes Mall Blvd, including Costco which is handy for getting gas! The staff is awesome from the front desk to the dining rooms and cleaning staff! They were always friendly and asking me if I needed anything. ”Property is nice it's a good location to stay but they could clean up the pool area better and wipe things down and clean the pool. And we've asked several times when they clean their room to refill our shower soap and vacuum which they did not.”

”The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at.”

”I was travelling with a pet for a one-night stay. I booked through Expedia. The listing stated that the hotel was pet friendly, but did not state that there was an additional $25.00 pet fee per night. I found this out from the clerk who checked me in. I was not happy about that, but I paid it. The grounds were not great for pets. There was not much grassy area for pet bathroom breaks and no bags available to pick up pet waste. The side entrance nearest to my room did not open with the key card,...

”The rear door from the parking lot was locked open providing no security. The pool was unfilled in mid-June, the cover was ripped and the leaves and debris filling it was a mosquito invested green swamp. The staff was great but the owner/management needs to make maintenance and security a priority. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew the pool and door were inoperable. The staff and ease of access to the highway are this locations redeeming qualities.”

”I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter.”
