We are one block from Calle 10, 6 blocks from the village metro station, 6 blocks from Parque Leras, 8 blocks from Provence, one block from Avenida el poblado. Public transportation is everything, 24/7 access. The place can have noise since it is in front of Calle 10a, which is a busy 24-hour avenue. Ventilation and lighting, the key to this beautiful rooftop.

Given the Colombian laws, we require identity document of guests who register in our apartments or houses, it is a legal requirement, when making the reservation they must attach in the chat of the application a copy of the identity document of those who register. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (even if you apply balcony or terrace in this apartment smoking is also not allowed there). Visits by minors are not allowed.
