”Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE.”

Staff were not very polite and professional. Some have serious language barriers. Lots of noise and smell of tobacco around the compound.”

”My first room the toilet wasn’t working. Got moved to a 2nd room and the shower had a terrible leak, and no more rooms were available because the hotel was booked solid. I had to listen to the shower dripping all night for 3 nights. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

”The elevator wasn’t working. I’m disabled and my room was on the 3rd floor. The lobby smells terrible. Idk if it was the staffs body odor or what. Terrible. Smell.
Rest of the hotel and room smelled fresh but heavily masked by spray and product but ok.
Breakfast area smelled like mold and waffles. Very weird. Idk if I’ll stay again.”

”We stayed 2 nights. It was okay. The room seemed stuffy, even with the air conditioning on. The shower head was too short for my 6'4 husband. We were on the 4th floor and it took time for the hot water. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, apples, bananas, muffins, cereal, yogurt. The "egg patties" were terrible. The make your own waffle was good. The hotel worked for a quick two night trip, but if a longer trip is needed, I'd go...
