The building and facilities are on the newer side and comfortable, but we were put near the elevator and ice machine. It was loud all night. The hotel was no where near full and I specifically mentioned wanting a quiet room.
The breakfast was subpar for a Best Western and I've stayed in many as a regular traveler for business/work.
When we inquired about a late check out, we were informed it would have a charge. In noting this was unusual, compared with our typical experience, it came up that I'm a Diamond Select member. In noting that, the check in would have been different as well and I'll leave it at that.
I could have given a lower score, however the facility itself was good.
