”Glad I was able to book so quick since the Fitz casino and hotel didn’t advertise 21 and older to stay on their Expedia listing and I had to find a place on short notice while still getting a reasonable price and close to the area. The only downsides were that the location was not easy to find and the GPS did a weird thing and changed the address I was searching for. ”The airport shuttle is the best part of this hotel. The staff was friendly enough and the lobby area was clean and updated but the room was not. The bathroom needed attention and the refrigerator was smaller than any I have seen in a hotel.
There is no restaurant to order from. The person in the bar/lounge said it was too hot to cook and the food is not very good. Plan to order out or bring something with you. Would only stay again if I needed the airport shuttle!”

”It was our understanding that the hotel had changed management, while staff were pleasant, there were just somethings we observed, the fan in the bathroom was low, there was no trash can in the bathroom, no cream for coffee the the room, the elevator lights didn’t work, the breakfast buffet area were guest stand in line was congested, sausage was dry and like rubber, food and condiments needed to be monitored just to remain full.”

”My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request.
