About 10 minutes to Sutter Park, for ball games. About 5 min to Cal Expo Center. About 10 to downtown Sacramento and about 15 minutes to "Old Town Sacramento"---super fine and nostalgic of cowboy days. Would stay again =)”

”This was a first stay at this Fairfield in about five years. It remains a pretty good low-cost place to stay for a night or two. The breakfast isn't quite as good as we remembered it, and the $10 per day they now charge for parking was off putting. Beyond that, the biggest downside to this location are the frequent freight train horn blasts throughout the night they can nothing about but nevertheless impact the quality of sleep.”

”The room is too small to have all amenities, no enough seating to sit for breakfast , they gave me hard time to cancel the rest of my reservation 7 nights and only to charge me for one night stay”

”It was easy to check in, park and get to our room. Before going up to our room though, one of my daughters noticed the sign for breakfast times and area. While checking in we were asked how many in the room but we’re not told about continental breakfast. Also after going out and having dinner, getting ready to go to sleep, we didn't have enough pillows or towels for shower. I called desk about 9:30pm and we were asked to wait about a half hour. About 10:10pm I called again to find out message...

”The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean. The hotel is close to hospital, we were able to walk there. We used the pool and the dining areas, all well maintained and clean.”

”Only stayed one night for a medical test at UC Davis for transplant. Asked if I could check into the room earlier an they let me which was great. AC unit work wonderful but wish my mom was in the bed next to it an not me bc I was freezing due to poor circulation from kidney failure. So yes AC works wonderful. I didnt like how the toilet paper was basically against your leg trying to merge with you when sitting on the toilet while it was in its place on the wall. Room was clean, sheets were clean...

”This was a business trip layover. I have stayed here before and decide must give kudos to the amazing staff. Front desk, Julia at the bar… everyone was amazing. Internet was perfect, food and drinks accessible and I even was granted a late check out. It all felt easy. I was able to conduct my business within a space of calm. Love it here! Perfect for staycations as well.”

The biggest highlights were the excellent hotel staff, who were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out easy. The bed was amazing very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made for a great night’s sleep.
