”Will neverstay here again. Room was not very clean, Staff very unhelpful. Tvs only worked 1/2 the time. Other guest very loud throughout the night, including Tvs blaring all night long, guest fighting in the hallways in the middle of the night for well over an hour. Children running up and down the hallway at very early in the morning. ”

”Hotel is brand new, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed on our road trips. Firts we got a room that was not yet ready, staff was a bit confused but it all worked out. Everyone very nice and I think the main thing you need to know is that it is clean clean clean! Breakfast was a bonus, basic but better than most. We just wished that eggs did not have meat in them, that was minus. There was fruit and pancakes etc. and that was great. Would stay again. Castle next door is sure a sight to see even thou...

”Our family has used this hotel for “staycations” for many years. IMO it’s the best value hotel in the area. The rooms are LARGE and clean (fits up to 6!), beds comfortable, staff members friendly and helpful. The medium-sized pool is clean (though a little cool); the extra-large hot tub is perfect! ”This is great for a park and stay for your car. It should be known there is no shuttle after midnight and you are on your own… if you try to rebook alternate stays during a snow storm and don’t make it, there is a no- show fee. Upon finally arriving a “deal” was made that was more expensive than neighboring hotels with proper amenities. There was no hot water, even after running full blast for half an hour (hotel was empty), no drinking water or coffee. ”
