Modern Tiny House Stay with Private Rooftop Deck by Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge – Medicine Park, OK

Sleeps 4 (1BR/1BA; queen + trundle). Private rooftop deck with scenic views, kitchenette, Smart TV & WiFi. Access gazebo & grill. Walk to shops, Festivals, bars, escape the park and hiking trails; 10 min to Wichita Mntns Wildlife Refuge, 5 mins to Mt Scott. Access to Museums is great for couples, families, or graduations. The tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. It is one of the second-floor tiny houses, and it is located to the southwest behind the gazebo (to the back right if you enter from the front arch), above Prairie Life, next to the ballerina tree carving. It has a queen bed with a full-sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with a shower stall.



Guests who reserve it will have their own second-floor landing deck, as well as an entire rooftop deck with additional seating. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.



It is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park. Our resort has 10 tiny houses arranged in sets of 2 tiny houses each, and coming soon are 2 restaurants, a craft beer tap room, and 4 tiny shops. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk down the street. We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events.



It offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park and explore our town on foot!



Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.



Note: The stairs to the rooftop deck are very steep, and should be climbed like a LADDER (facing it going up and down).



ADDITIONAL RULES

• No Smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on outdoor private patios (keep ashes outside!)

• No pets

• No parties/events without prior permission

• Maximum: 6 people on decks

• Be courteous to other guests

• Rooftop decks are for upstairs guests only

• No alcohol or drugs allowed on rooftop decks

• Ladder to rooftop deck is a LADDER – climb facing it, up AND down

• Do not climb the rooftop deck ladder under the influence

Unlike other AirBnBs/VRBOs, we don’t have a long list of checkout chores. We just ask this:



• Please remove all trash from your tiny house and place it in dumpsters.

Don’t forget the fridge and microwave!

• Please leave your tiny house unlocked, with the key on the counter
