”We stayed two nights and I would say the property is in major need of an upgrade. I also had an issue with having lots of kids being unattended with no parents in the pool when I was trying to take my young kids swimming. Also, we had an incident where a bottle of water spilled on a bed, I asked for clean bedding and said I’d even change it myself but they kept offering me a rollaway but I refused until someone just brought me some sheets and blankets. ”Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.”

”The holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper the elevator didn't even work to the third floor and they said the doors to the each floor was locked and were even locked to be safe”

”This place was horrible! Beyond dirty, I could not stay here and when I called to cancel, which was several times, no one would pick up the phone or respond to emails. Only stay if here if your other choice is to live in your car, and the car still might be a better choice. You can smell the bacteria and you can see the grime. It's bad.”
