The Villa Psaropouli was enchanting and exactly as advertised. Lots of plants were in bloom adding to the charm of the villa. We visited several tavernas in the area and had a marvelous time. Direttamente affacciata sul porto (non solo turistico come non correttamente riferito), risente dei rumori propri di un porto molto frequentato anche da traghetti ed imbarcazioni varie. Lo spazio aperto risulta molto ben distribuito con una piscina idromassaggio ben concepita anche se l'idro ai piedi dopo la prima temporizzata non funziona più. ”The property was spotlessly clean albeit a bit dated. The twice weekly change over of towels etc was a nice touch. The kitchenware could do with a restock and update and a washing machine would be a bonus. The pool was kept sparkling. The location is great if you want seclusion and privacy but it’s quite isolated - a car or scooter is a must.”

The welcome pack was very useful as we arrived late at night, we particularly enjoyed the homemade jam. The parking area is very tight but didn’t cause us a problem. ”The villa and pool were amazing and Giannis really went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a very friendly nature throughout and lots of goodies left for us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and had more than we needed in terms of facilities. The area was very peaceful and in June was all green with lots of birds flying around. We watched the sun set in the ocean from the main balcony. The pool area was where we spent most of our time, with BBQ, oven, dishwasher, toilet...

”Villa Alemar ist traumhaft zwischen Meer und Bergen gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen gemütlichen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Dinos hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben, vielen Dank dafür :) Für Verbindungen in größere Orte, Erkundungen und das Einkaufen würde ich ein Auto empfehlen, in Barbati selbst bekommt man allerdings auch das Nötigste. Ich würde dort immer wieder...

”Kitchen equipment for cooking was at an absolute minimum, but manageable. Dishwasher didn't work properly, which was annoying. Apart form this, the house was small but lovely and comfortable. The terrace was amazing, spacious and with a stunning view.”

”The villa is spacious and has a beautiful view of the harbor. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee/breakfast, watching the boats coming and going. The hot tub was relaxing too. A special recognition for the hostess, Isabella. She makes sure you have everything and treats you like she’s known you for some time. We planned a private birthday dinner with Isabella; she and her friend cooked a wonderful Italian meal. A great experience. Highly recommend!!”

”Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. Sehr nette Vermieter! Vielen Dank an Astrid, Martin und Debbie für den schönen Urlaub.”
