”Linda, the owner, was gracious and very accommodating. The room we had was very sweet, and the adjourning bathroom was large and had everything you’d need. We woke up to a delicious breakfast of homemade blueberry muffins, fresh yogurt with cream and berries and a hard boiled egg. She made a lovely presentation and really delicious muffins! Highly recommend Clary Lake as a great place to stay in the area. ”

”Harborview offers relatively basic accommodations, but we had no problem with that. It’s clean, well run by a pleasant staff. We chatted with the owner/manager and he is constantly working on renovations and improvements. It’s in a perfect location on a beautiful part of the coast and the prices are quite reasonable. I’m a photographer and I’ll definitely be using it as my base of operations for future projects.”

”If I could create my own hotel it would be this one. It was the perfect place for us. Our room had a spectacular view. It was a spacious corner room with a pleasant balcony overlooking sail boats and yachts in Penobscot Bay. The lobby was equally impressive, creatively designed allowing for numerous paintings by talented local artists where we enjoyed both tea and a glass of wine during our stay. We will be back. ”
