Gorgeous home in Pula

Villa Lia is a modern three-bedroom villa in Pula near the sea with a private pool that can accommodate up to six people. The pool is located in the fully fenced garden and is surrounded on three sides by beautifully manicured green lawns, with sun loungers available on the side of the house. During the summer, the pool is the perfect place to cool off on hot days. You can relax on the sun loungers and bask in the sun while enjoying a cold and refreshing drink. Next to the house there is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a gas barbecue where you can prepare great meals. From the garden, a staircase leads to the second floor where you are greeted with a spacious, bright and open living area, a dining table and a kitchen. There you can have fun, play some foosball or watch TV, enjoy family meals prepared in a fully equipped kitchen and completely relax during your vacation. The internal stairs lead you to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. From two of the bedrooms you have direct access to the garden through large sliding patio doors, which provide plenty of natural light during the day. The first floor has a separate entrance from the garden and Villa Lia is located just outside the ancient coastal town of Pula, which today is one of the main tourist towns in Croatia. The city of Pula was built during the Roman Empire and today is known all over the world for its arena, an ancient Anfiteatar built during the first century. In the city of Pula there are also many other sights such as the Temple of Augustus, the Small Roman Theater and the Golden Door. Enjoy the specialties that the city offers. There are many beautiful beaches around the city, and you also have the opportunity to take a boat trip to the Brijuni National Park.
