The "Rok 7" is a 2-room apartment with a total area of 40 square meters, situated on the 1st floor. The living room features a double sofabed measuring 150 cm wide and 200 cm in length, as well as satellite TV and an exit leading to the terrace. One of the rooms is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, complete with air conditioning and an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate dining room and an open kitchen area.

The open kitchen comes fully equipped with two hot plates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also features a shower/WC.
