Alongside the wellness facilities, there is also a gym / fitness room in the most modern form where guests can have their daily training. In the equipment section, the guests have at their disposal the new Matrix Black Oxygen line, which came on the market in 2017, as well as the KEISER IC spinning bike. Furthermore, the fitness room is also equipped with a large number of handmade wooden training devices, dominated by the popular WaterRower rowing machine.



On the ground floor of Villa Lucy there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with pantry, spacious dining room, elegantly decorated living room and separate toilet with a covered and uncovered terrace. The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, three spacious bathrooms, separate toilet, storage room and terrace. On the second floor of Villa Lucy, there are also three bedrooms, a covered and uncovered terrace and three superbly decorated bathrooms.



The entire interior of Villa Lucy is air-conditioned with modern Daikin's heat recovery & valve-convector ceiling duct cooling. Also, all rooms have an underfloor heating system, as well as a modern controller system "smart home" for controlling LED lighting, temperature in each room and sun blinds on all windows. Free Wi-Fi Internet speeds up to 50 Mbps as well as audio zones in the house and on the terraces where guests can choose music to their liking from the Internet, satellite radio or Bluetooth using their gadgets. In front of the villa there is an outdoor pool (77m2) equipped with massage jets and a geyser, where you can refresh yourself every day, and which together with the villa forms an exceptional visual and functional unit. Villa guests have 6 private parking spaces at their disposal.



During your stay in the villa Lucy you have the option of renting a car, enjoying organized panoramic tours of the Riviera and the surrounding area with the Medulin air fleet as well as going on boat rides through the beautiful bays. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
