Villa Nelli is the left part of the property and has a separate entrance and exclusive use of the pool. As a whole, the villa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, suitable for up to eight people. The Roman town of Pula and the charming village of Medulin are within easy reach. Medulin is considered one of the best seaside resorts in Istria.

Pula is also bursting with great restaurants, some of which can be found in the old town centre, which is full of Roman remains. The most famous Roman monument in Pula, the start and end point of any sightseeing tour, is the amphitheatre, commonly known as the Arena of Pula, where gladiator fights once took place. It was built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, the same time as the magnificent Colosseum in Rome. Today it is a venue for summer events - film festivals, opera seasons, equestrian festivals, concerts and theatre performances. The underground tunnels, once used by gladiators, now serve as an exhibition venue.
