”Clean room friendly staff”

”Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though.”

”Pool closed because they are just lazy. Lock on door broke. Moved to a different smelled like weed and smoke. Left after looking at other room. Stuff was horrible and rude. Wanting on Refund for one night we had planned two night.”

”The room was clean enough and breakfast was adequate… Air conditioning didn’t work, but I didn’t need it, and staff was had to quit but not willing to go any extra than necessary.”

”Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good.”

”Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again.”

”I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

”Dumpy hotel, can’t believe it is a Choice hotel. We were told no smoking (we’re not smokers anyways) but the whole hotel wreaked of smoke. Facility is in shambles but it is obvious that the management is trying to fix it up. Looks like they inherited it from someone who neglected the property. ”The breakfast was a joke. 1 waffle maker, 1 toaster, cereal, muffins, yogurt and juice. Thats about it. No real actual food. No protein. No elevator. Got lock out after a certain time. Had to be buzzed in.”

”The room was ok. The beds were very, very firm so it was difficult to get comfortable. I didn't sleep very well all 3 nights. There was no microwave, which would have been nice. We only ate breakfast one morning and my husband found a hair in his eggs so he tossed the whole plate. Not sure we'll stay here again.”

Once in our room, it was spacious and clean, bed was more comfortable than most, the bathroom was a bit outdated. ”Easy parking, alittle hard to find with my GPS. Bed was comfortable. Good stay for the price!”

”The stay was beyond our expectations. Neither of us had ever stayed at a Fairfield Inn, but we had a great experience. The hotel was easy to access and close to where we needed to be. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our regret was that we did not bring swimwear to enjoy the indoor pool. The breakfast was more than we could ever want and definitely more than we needed to eat! We were extremely happy with our choice!”
