”This hotel is a nightmare...Briefly, approximately 3 months ago I stayed here...I made my reservation through Expedia...when I got there they behaved as if I had no reservation. I was exhausted after a long shift at the hospital and over 10 hour ride on the train to arrive in Baltimore. After going back forth with the front desk person I pulled up my reservation via Expedia...it took close to 2 hours to check in. FYI: There is NO elevator and my 61 year old ass was placed on the very top floor....

”There were people sitting outside the hotel who appeared to be smoking weed, which made us feel uncomfortable and a little scared, especially since we had planned to stay there with family. When we entered the room, there was a musty smell. The blankets also caused some itching, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The worst part was that the toilet got clogged in the morning, which was unbearable and very disappointing.”

”I seen the pictures online about the place and I was impressed and I’m on vacation. Well, when I got to the property I’m like Hell No I must be at the wrong place. The property looked ran down and you had drug addicts everywhere. So I’m thinking let’s see how the room is? Well the lady at the front desk would not let me see the room RED FLAGS? Well they changed shifts and the new guy gave me the key to the room to look at but he warned me the pictures online is not the pictures of this hotel....

”Lovely hotel, clean, excellent housekeeping. My only issue was where to find ice machine. The signage on the 7th floor showed 701-714 was ice and vending...however that was someone's room, no ice machine. The following day I asked the young lady at the desk where was the ice machines. She asked me what floor I was on I said I was in 721 she stated there were ice machines on the 7th floor on the side where the high room numbers were..no there were no ice machines...there was a room with no door...
