”This property was clean, well taken care of, and easily able to accommodate six people comfortably. Everything was as advertised in the ad and everything was well taken care of. The spot was perfect for all the downtown events and being close to iron Mountain Hot Springs. Great recommendations for food and other local hotspots. The host was quick and replying and helpful when we had any issues that arose.”

”The home is undergoing extensive renovations - there were issues:non-working windows, no privacy shades in some rooms, a horrible non-working, filthy grill - that was replaced, lack of property grooming - weeds, constructions debris. ”The White Moon Ranch is a very family friendly place that offers good value for the money. There are many valued amenities included in the package. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet and the view is spectacular! The only critique I offer is that folks should be aware this is a very old farmhouse that, while having been updated to many contemporary standards, does reflect some limitations in its layout.
