Both the city center and the enchanting lake promenade can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot. Using high-quality materials, the spacious two-room apartment meets upscale demands for a stylish apartment residence. On about 56 m² the apartment offers a light-flooded room concept ideal for families up to 4 persons. The modern apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows is located on the ground floor and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a large bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and a fresh air ventilation system in all rooms. The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib and a high chair on request.
