The apartment is about 50 m², ideal for 2 guests (non-smokers), and features a living room with parquet flooring, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine. Start your day with breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun and unwind in the fresh air after a day of exploring. TV, washing machine, and heating in all rooms ensure your comfort. A parking space and a covered area for bicycles are also available.



The apartment is perfectly located for discovering Meersburg and the beautiful surroundings with vineyards and orchards, offering scenic walks with views of the lake and mountains. Explore the historic old town with its alleys, cafés, restaurants, and sights. The harbor and Lake Constance are about a 15-minute walk away, where you can swim, sunbathe, or relax by the water. Thanks to the central location, many destinations are easily reached by public transport or boat. Meersburg is also a great starting point for trips around Lake Constance, such as to Switzerland or Austria, Mainau Island, or Reichenau Island. The Höri peninsula is known for its artistic and cultural landscape. In Bregenz, the floating stage awaits, and in Schaffhausen, the impressive Rhine Falls.
