The holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area, about a 10-minute walk from the historic old town of Meersburg. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an additional storage room. A hallway with stairs leads to the upper floor. It offers the comfort of a holiday home. A garage is available, suitable for secure bicycle storage, and there is also an outdoor parking space.

The living room has a large balcony, and one of the upstairs bedrooms has a smaller balcony. The apartment spans two floors.
