## Space

Close to shops and transport, in a quiet neighborhood, this bright, comfortable home is perfect for a stay in the mountains, in winter or summer.

This beautiful chalet of 120m² on two levels, with its warm decoration and spacious rooms, is composed of :
- a lovely balcony with barbecue overlooking the village of Megève and the ski slopes for children,
- a large, comfortable living room with a sofa bed for 2 children,
- a decorative fireplace that adds to the charm and atmosphere of the room (not suitable for functional use),
- a master bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower, accessible only from the bedroom - ideal for a family or friends sharing the same living space,
- a children's bedroom with two single beds, opening onto the sleeping area (due to the configuration of the washbasin, the door cannot be fully closed). This space is designed as a complementary sleeping area, without complete separation,
- well-equipped kitchen (L'OR Barista Espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer,
- TV SET,
- ski locker.

Stairs can be dangerous for children.
Cars can be parked in front of the chalet.

## Neighborhood

Located 100m away to Jaillet cable cars, just above the kids ski runs, you will be at the best place to enjoy the huge ski domain. All shops, including ski and equipment rental shops, will be a few steps away from the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. In 10 min walking, you will be at the center of Megève village and will be able to enjoy all the animations, both in winter and summer. You will also be able to move around easily and join the other cable cars thanks to the free bus service. At last, in the summertime, you will also find a lot of activities around the city : shopping, hiking, mountain biking…
