”The first day they forgot to come clean our room and I had to go get towels at 11 o’clock at night for the next day. The experience was fine. The staff was helpful and they have a fun karaoke bar and a rooftop bar restaurant that was fun as well.”

”Very nice rooms. Common areas are bit dimly lit and unexciting. Some common areas in general and the chairs in my guest room were a bit worn in areas, but it appears the property is under renovation, so hopefully those little touches will bring the property up to a higher standard. To request your car, you simply go to a link that is provided to your phone and it was incredibly easy and fast! The hotel and room was very clean! Which is a big deal for me. ”Easily accessible. Good location to Vanderbilt University. Quiet. Valet parking only ($$$) but all electronic as far as payment, tipping, and requesting your car (I was in my room ready to walk out when I requested my car digitally and only waited outside about 30 seconds for it). If I were to see another concert at First Bank Stadium, I’d stay here again for sure (stadium is less than one mile away and is an easy/safe walk). ”

”I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out, with plenty of room to relax and work. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient experience, and I would definitely stay here again.”
