This cosy holiday apartment for up to 4 people is quietly located on the outskirts of Meiersberg, only 200 m from the forest, in an outbuilding on the owner's fenced residential property of approx. 2,000 m². A restaurant is only a few minutes' walk away and shopping facilities can be found in Ueckermünde.



The approx. 45 m² non-smoking holiday apartment with separate entrance is centrally heated, is located on the first floor and can be reached via a room-saving staircase. It is equipped with two combined living-bedrooms (1 x as a walk-through room with two single beds, couch, flat screen TV, 1 x with double bed, two armchairs, flat screen TV, large wardrobe), a kitchen with dining area (electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC.



There is also a furnished terrace, car park, bicycle storage room, barbecue and sun loungers as well as free WiFi (subject to availability, no even network coverage!). In addition, the large garden behind the holiday apartment with several seating areas, a pool, a separate barbecue area with a fireplace and (in consultation with the host) a raised log cabin can be used as a special nature experience. The owner brews beer himself and offers information evenings on the art of brewing or a brewing day on request, where guests can make their own beer (weather permitting).



The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.



Pets - no fighting dogs - are allowed in this property. The owners themselves have a dog (Labrador).



The quiet, wooded village of Meiersberg is located about 8 km southwest of Ueckermünde, on the small river Zarow and is an ideal starting point for cycling and water hiking within the Stettiner Haff Nature Park, which is characterised by the natural unspoilt sections of the Haff coast with the Haff meadows, wide forest complexes of the Ueckermünder Heide, the lowlands of the rivers Uecker and Randow and the Brohmer mountains.



Relevant information and excursion tips are available at the nature park visitor centre in Eggesin - approx. 16 km away. Boats and rafts can also be hired there at the idyllic natural harbour. A fine sandy beach with a beautiful promenade, shops and restaurants as well as a zoo can be found in the harbour town of Ueckermünde, approx. 8 km away
