”This was our first time staying at the Four Seasons and we were blown away. Everything was exceptional. The room had special little touches, such as a cookie puzzle that was waiting on the table when we arrived, which my kids enjoyed. We were traveling with two younger children, and they made sure to provide an extra rollaway bed ”

”Hotel is located on the 22nd floor in the business area of Tokyo . Staff . service and access to restaurants was very convenient including direct access to the train station right from the building . Our room was on the 29th floor . Rooms were clean, spacious and had stunning views of Tokyo downtown . Reservations for the pool were required which gives you and your family private access to one hr of the pool. ! They also gave a restaurant on site serving Singapore cuisine but we did not eat...

”I loved the opportunity to bath in onsen after a busy day in a busy town. The room was small but enough space for a European traveler (nor so much luggage). Evening ramen was delicious. So happy we get to come back after a few days in Kyoto. ”

”We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is very convenient, just a short walk to Akihabara station. Hotel is very clean and has nice lobby area with working desks and free coffee etc. Only small thing we didn’t like was the light setup in the room - one of the lights was automatic so if you had to go to bathroom during night, the room light would switch on automatically when you move. Also, if you didn’t have the room light switched on, bathroom light didn’t work.”

”Thoroughly enjoyable. The location is excellent, especially if you value being close to Akihabara. The metro entrance to metro Ginza line is practically across the street from the hotel. The room was small, clean, quiet and practical. I did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the quality of the dining options. I don't like the recent trend of taking the self check-in terminals in use on the Apa hotels, as the systems always have difficulty finding my reservations, and in the end I need...
