”Our stay at the Lake Lodge Hostel was great! Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. They provided a bus pass to get into Interlaken and back for the duration of our stay which was an added bonus. Although there’s no air conditioning, it cooled down at night and we had no problems sleeping. Definitely recommend staying in this hostel!”

”A lot of noisy schoolgroups. Kitchen was outside, not very nice in the wintertime. Good breakfast, good location. ”

”Not sure why someone gave this a 2 rating? It is a solid 7. It is not a 4 star hotel, and the price paid reflects this. Room was basic but sound, shared toilet annoying but not the end of the world, private shower did the job. Access to property automated and worked very simply if following instructions on how to use it. The breakfast was excellent and as Spartan or plentiful as you chose to make it. Wolfenschiesse is not Englberg, but has everything you need in close proximity ”
