Hostellit – Meksikonlahti

”The room was uncomfortably hot, and the staff did not seem willing to acknowledge the issue. They kept insisting that the temperature was within the approved range, even though the room did not feel cool at all and I was clearly uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was the way one staff member responded to my concern. His response came across as dismissive and unprofessional rather than understanding or helpful.”

”Awesome”

”We had a great stay at Mapache. The private room was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. We also loved the daily activities and the small breakfast included was a bonus. ”What a lovely stay, I’d visit again ”

”It was a restful weekend stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My main issues are the lack of lights/lamps with working bulbs and that there wasn't a bedside lamp for both beds in the room. Also, the room didn't have a tv or anywhere to sit other than the beds.”
