”Very clean room, staff was very helpful and delightful. Free breakfast is very good deal and a lot of food. The views from our room which included the octopool and the Gulf were stunning and amazing. We loved that the balconies are screening in top to bottom for safety too. 100% going back!!!”

”Location could not have been better. Walk to restaurants, shops and more importantly the beach! Having beach chairs and a cooler in the room to use during our stay was the best addition. Staff was helpful and the property was clean! Can’t wait to come back!”

”I've staying at Hollywood before and had pretty decent visits with no real problems. However my last visit went left after checkout I noticed a charge for an upgrade I never asked for. I was told it would be taken off and not charged but 2 days later it posted in my account...fast forward over 2 weeks, several calls and 2 messages for a callback from a supervisor I never received ...I finally called again and was able to speak with a supervisor who took 2 minutes to refund my money saying it may...

”Check in was not organized at all. Nit enough help at check in counter. No microwave in rooms unless you pay for one. Rooms could be cleaner. I will stay at another casino hotel next time. And I think the word resort is taken lightly because I have stayed on resorts that were worthy of saying it's a resort. And the service at restaurants were long waits for service. And when u dint have continental breakfast you should make sure I have in my room whats needed to make my own as a resort. At least...

”My Mother’s Family lived here during WWll so its was a bucket list hotel for me. Its Worth Staying Here…. been going for a few years now and its very awesome especially with multiple weddings going on, you can swim in ocean, and drive your golf cart to shop and. dine on Duval etc, how can you go wrong ? it’s the place to be in awesome Key West, it still has the beauty of the past, sadly none of the flavor or the prices, but now it’s safe for you to bring your kids.”
