”This cozy little beach cottage is clean and well maintained and in the perfect location, just a few steps from the beach. It’s also just a short walk to downtown Clearwater Beach where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The owners provide everything needed for a beach vacation for two! We look forward to staying here again.”

”The location was great. Right on the beach and Just a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants and only 20 min walk to the pier. If you don’t need a kitchen the cottage was perfect with 2 rooms and 4 beds and communication was great Captain Al was always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.”

”A very cozy little cottage in the heart of everything in Key West. In walking distance of everything, although bikes, golf carts and scooters are a great way to get around too. The front porch was nice to relax and sit on to finish out the day. Inside it was very clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay.”

”We loved the location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We could ride our bikes to Rosemary beach and the Big chill with a toddler and 7 year old. The only minor thing is the chairs could be updated outside. They looked mildew on some. Loved the porch swing. Had a great time, we’d stay again.”

”This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. We only had 2 carry on...

”My husband and I had a wonderful time in Rosemary Beach. We loved our little Cottage house, comfy, clean and cozy just like the pictures and the location was perfect. Having two bikes was also great, we could ride to the fitness center and all the community pools, which we loved. We would rent this property, or the main house again! The only improvements we would suggest are (1) the bed in the cottage house could be replaced. (2) It would be nice to have two beach chairs at the house so that...

”We have been in this area for 5 years renting. Unable to rent our usual place do to ? changes in ownership. The rental was perfect for beach access, that’s why we rent this area. The bungalow needs a full length mirror, more beach decorations. Overall a great stay.”

”Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good.”

”Our family of 4 plus our mini doodle had a lovely stay of 5 days. We found the cottage to be ideally located and sparklingly clean upon arrival. You would never guess a single pet had stayed there, as you could not even find a stray hair. All was as pictured inside. Despite being close to the main road that separates the neighborhood from the beach access point, we found that it was very quiet and private — a sanctuary away from the spring break crowds. The neighborhood is all brick/paver-lined...
