Locals refer to this area as the "Golden Triangle" because it is the only neighborhood you do not have to cross A1A to get to the beach:) You are about 300ft to the beach, turtles and surf! The home was designed for vacationers in mind with 4 of the bedrooms having their own brand new on-suite bathrooms. We also have our own pool with plenty of outdoor lounge space to enjoy the beachside atmosphere. Stroll to the beach with your morning coffee to watch the spectacular Atlantic Ocean sunrises and waves crashing or in the evening stroll to the river to watch the beautiful sunsets! The variety of walkable restaurants are incredible, from casual ocean front dining at Sands on the Beach to more sophisticated, Dijon's Steak and Lobster House with a fabulous piano bar. We do have an option to heat the spa tub attached to the pool.
