Yksityiset loma-asunnot – Melbourne Beach

”When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again.”

”Loved everything”

”There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that...

”The good: location. The bad: almost everything else.Don't trust the pictures. This unit is very, very outdated. It has not been cared for, and it shows. I booked this for four adults, and the minute we walked in, we knew it was a mistake. It just smelled dirty. The linens, floor, and bathrooms all needed a good cleaning. The towels (bath and beach) are threadbare, old, and mismatched. The beds are worn out and squeaky. I felt like I needed to shower after sitting on the patio furniture. The...

”Great responsive hostess, convenient location would do it again”

”You just can't beat the location! The view was breathtaking, and you're literally steps away from the sand and ocean. The two-story layout gave our family of 4 plenty of room to spread out and feel at home, and the heated pool was a wonderful bonus. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay. There were some dead lovebugs upon arrival, but the management company contacted us immediately to explain the situation, and it really wasn't an issue after the first day. During a heavy...

”This property is in an excellent location. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. We had difficulty contacting the host when we needed to. Also, your reservation will be completed on a third party platform and not VRBO. Just an FYI for prospective vacationers.”

”This was one of the best properties we have stated in with VRBO. The host communicated with us as necessary and was very pleasant. We made use of the patio area for two meals and enjoyed it immensely. We would stay there again.”

”My entire family was absolutely so pleased with this property! It was clean, cute, had all the basics you’d need, and is in a great location. It is a pet friendly place and the dining room/sun room does have a pet smell. Also, the backyard is not fully fenced in - so do not just let your dogs out! The hosts were hands down the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. They were so quick to respond, accommodated my early arrival, and gave me local suggestions for things to do and places to...

”Our stay was 49 days and the house, property management, cleanliness and area were perfect. Highlights that were within an hour and half: the theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, watched a SpaceX launch, Daytona Beach and played Popgolf. Highly recommend this property….”

”It was great. We liked that it was on the beach and the beach was not crowded.”
