This cozy self-contained 2-BEDROOM apartment unit houses a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and an en-suite. A 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed. A living area with a comfy 3-seater sofa bed that folds out to double. A 2-seater couch. A kitchen and dining. Complimentary coffee and tea. A laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and an ironing board. A private balcony.

The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Clarke St in Southbank. Just a stone's throw away from Crown Casino and Eureka Skydeck.

We're also a 15-18min walk to Southgate Ave and Flinders St station.

Enjoy the premiere culture destination in Southbank. Visit the National Gallery of VIctoria, Melbourne Recital Centre, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, the South Melbourne Market and more.

Experience city's finest restaurants include BearBrass on Southgate Ave, The Atlantic on Crown Towers, or a floating bar & restaurant called the Ponyfish Island.

There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

I've included most of my favorite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.

We're only a 3min walk from the City Rd/Clarendon St Tram stop on Clarendon St.

Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.

Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Eureka Tower) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.

Flinders St station is only a 18min walk away from us.

If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.

Other Things to Note:
Key collection will be at an off-site location nearby.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.

This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

Not satisfied the service. Check in was delayed because I have to finding another address to get the room key, then problems with key CODE does not works. Also, we Books two rooms but got only one room key, so it was delayed almost two hours with poor communication to finally result for two rooms. ☹I do not Recommended for this place.
