Capel Haven House is a relaxed coastal retreat just steps from the sand.

Tucked just 300 meters from the calm shores of Capel Sound, this beautifully light-filled townhouse is designed for relaxed beachside living. Start your mornings with a barefoot stroll to the water, grab a coffee from a local favourite, and let the kids and even the dog run free at the nearby beachfront playground before wandering home to unwind.

Thoughtfully set across two levels, the home is ideal for families, couples or small groups wanting space, comfort and convenience in one of the Peninsula’s most sought-after pockets. It’s also pet-friendly, with a fully fenced backyard, so everyone can enjoy the stay.

Downstairs, the private master suite with its own ensuite offers a quiet retreat, while upstairs, additional bedrooms and a central bathroom with a bathtub provide a perfect place to wind down after long beach days.

The open-planned living area is warm and inviting, flowing into a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and gas cooktop. Whether you're cooking at home or bringing back local takeaway, it’s an easy space to gather and relax.
