Set on a quiet street, this two-storey brick home welcomes you with timeless charm and a lush front garden. Inside, the light-filled living area invites quiet moments—sink into the leather sofa with a good book, stretch out on the soft rug, or curl up for a cosy movie night beneath the warm glow of the chandelier.

The sleek kitchen is designed for easy cooking, featuring a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, generous storage, and a coffee station with a Nespresso machine and milk frother to start the day right. Share meals at the timber dining table for six, or head out to the covered deck, where blooming camellias and lush greenery set the scene for alfresco BBQ feasts. Beyond the deck, the fully fenced backyard features an open lawn space, ideal for pets and kids to play safely.

Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with heating and cooling and blackout curtains for restful sleep. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and a reading armchair, while the second bedroom also offers a queen bed, and the third includes a double bed. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom features a double bed and a serene garden outlook. Two modern bathrooms, one on each level, offer comfort and convenience for groups. Upstairs includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate toilet, while downstairs features a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
