I liked the receptionist I thought the brother's workers where nice. The bed was comfortable. The price of accommodation was excellent. I disliked that the lamp on the left side didn’t work. The toilet at the back leaked. The shower had left over hair in it. The television didn't have a remote. The first draw was broken.

I think there was a mouse above the ceilings and it scratches and make noise in the middle of the night. So that I couldn't sleep well on that day.

The owner was verbally and physically agressive, I should have called the police. I waited for 45 minutes at the hotel to check in and after his attitude and agression I went elsewhere. To coin a phrase "rat hole"!! behind the trees is old wheels and rubbish, the outdoor setting is an OHS disaster. Do yourself a favour do not stay here!!!

Checked out early it was so bad. Upon arrival at reception l had to call a number and wait 5 minutes before seen. Then was asked to pay an extra $14 in cash as was told wotif did not change the correct rate. The room smelt of smoke and was smoke stained . room was unclean and towels were so old and thin there was no way to dry yourself. This place is a rip-off and is unfit to stay better off staying at a backpackers.

The customer service at this motel was SHOCKING! Stayed one night (out of four). Despite stay being fully paid for, receptionist insisted he had to be paid the shortfall between what the booking site charged and the motel's normal room rate in cash. When contacted by booking site (after speaking to site - Expedia provided great support dealing with this incident), receptionist lied about not knowing about what was going on. Then turned off power to room and took key, told to go to an ATM to get the cash. Recruited a guest in another room (a stranger) to "watch over things in room" (because unable to lock room without a key to get back in) until cash was collected. Was staying another three nights, but left immediately. Motel facilities are worn and in severe need of upgrade. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Checked in and checked out within half hr. Not cleaned..poo in toilet..flooded room and shower. DISCUSTING...seems luke a druggy hostel. Manager couldnt speak english and refused refund. Hoping to get one through Wotif...DO NOT STAY HERE

Arrived at this so called “motel” which is actually a halfway house of permanent residents which are homeless, alcoholics and drug addicts. Saw my so called room which had stained blood on pillow case and cockroaches on walls. A lovely homeless lady came to me as no one attending at reception and said it is not safe to stay there. I rang the mobile number on door requesting a refund to be laughed at and hung up on. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IT IS DESPICABLE.

This motel is used by A charity to house homeless people with one room kept for accommodation for travellers.THE MANAGER OF MOTEL WAS EXTREMELY WONDERFUL,HELPFUL VERY CUTIOUS.We moved 0700 the next morning due to swearing, yelling,smoking,people walking around all night.

Very run down. Dirty place. The AC wasn’t working. The “new” key “ only opened the door if you stood on one leg and wiggled the key in a certain way. I found that out after being locked out of my room for half an hour while the owners left to go “shopping”. The bed smelt awful and was like a hammock with what used to be pillows. The towels were very old, smelly and felt wet. The bathroom door was very hard to slide and was falling apart. The fly screen had a fist sized hole in it. The fridge wasn’t turned on, which I didn’t realise until the next day when everything I had in there was warm. The TV was almost smaller than my iPad. There were random undesirables walking through the grounds, knocking on doors. The walls were soo thin I was woken up at 3am by next door’s visitors arrived and talked for hours. The smoke detector was not working and without a cover but it did have a sticker on it stating it was inoperable. There was none of the normal stuff like shampoo/conditioner or the little things you normally get. The water pressure in the shower, well there wasn’t any really and the taps were so fiddly, one millimetre either side of perfect and the water was cold or scorching hot. There was no QR code, or check in, anywhere and no hand sanitiser. I found hair in the bed! I felt dirty just being there. It was the kind of place that should be rented by the hour.

Lovely and clean but sadly very shabby, it is an older motel but we had broken lampshades, chairs with cracked upholstery covered in chair covers that didn’t stay on, If we hadn’t paid for room beforehand we wouldn’t have stayed

We didnt like hair on the pillows, obviously the pillow cases were not changed. The Air con didnt work untill we complained about it. We asked for a room with two beds, and they gave us a room with one bed until we complained. doubt if we will ever go there again.

The room was dirty the bed dirty and broken the shower was dirty there was blood on the bottom of the curtains and when we told the owner he went off control so we got in our car at 10pm and left the owner was frowning he body all over the bed under the bed the bass was broken in the middle of the bed was sitting on the ground me and my wife had bugs crawling on us I would never advise people or go there and I wo like my money back please

property needs work
the propieters were very helpful and very friendly.the property is a bit run down.needs some work done in certain areas.very handy to shops and eastland shopping centre.bus stop near by.room was clean.room not serviced every day.handy to tour yarra valley and dandenongs.
