Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non-compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!

Lost keys will result in a fine of $250.

• Items found after check-out (except perishables, underwear, and toiletries) will be logged and securely kept for up to 3 days.
• Guests will be notified if an item is found.

Guests may pick up the item by schedule or request shipping at their own expense. We are not responsible for items once handed over to a courier.

Guests are expected to treat the property, furniture, appliances, fixtures, and surrounding areas with care and respect at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited:
* Misuse or negligent handling of property items
* Rearranging furniture without permission
* Damage caused by carelessness, abuse, or unauthorized activities
* Staining of linens, towels, carpets, mattresses, sofas, or walls

Guests will be financially responsible for:
* Repair costs
* Replacement costs
* Professional cleaning costs
* Loss of income if the property becomes unavailable due to damages

Any damages identified during or after the stay will be documented and charged accordingly.

Smoking and vaping are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the property, including:
* Bedrooms
* Bathrooms
* Balconies (if prohibited by building rules)
* Hallways
* Common indoor areas

This includes:
* Cigarettes
* Cigars
* Vapes
* E-cigarettes
* Marijuana or illegal substances
* Incense or strong-burning substances

A minimum $300 penalty fee will apply if there is any evidence of indoor smoking, including but not limited to:
* Smoke odor
* Ashes
* Burn marks
* Cigarette butts
* Residue
* Triggered smoke alarms

Additional deodorizing, cleaning, or restoration costs may also be charged if required.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas, if applicable.

* Birthday parties
