”My mother, mother inlaw, 2 daughters and I spent 5 days here! It was a great space…. So conveniently located to everything! The house was clean and neat! Lotsa beach items provided for us which was awesome, including beach towels! A few missing items such as Kleenex, coffee, dishwasher soap, and ran low on toilet paper. We cooked a breakfast here and that was nice! Enough supplies to do so! Lotsa options in the house if we would have wanted to spend a night in, such as board games, etc. Overall,...

”The house has everything you need and it is as advertised. Very clean and updated. Plenty of room and a convenient location. As you drive in, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Once you pull in the driveway, it’s a different story. Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Brought my 18th yr old daughter and 6 of her teenage friends and my niece to Melbourne beach for the weekend. Wonderful atmosphere and tasteful cozy home. Host was exceptional and communicate well. Updates with events that’s going on for the time frame that we’ve stayed. Would recommend and love to come back. Thank you so much. We had a blast.”

We did not cook meals so the fact that it only had a small portable hookup dishwasher didn't bother us. I only noted in case that might impact others. The beds were comfortable the owner allowed us to check in early. Overall a good stay.”

”My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!”
